WebWarper / Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) / Installation and uninstallation

All sites are viewed via WebWarper on my computer. How to visit a site WITHOUT WebWarper?

You obviously enabled address autocorrection: see our "Free Downloads" page.

Nevertheless, you still can visit any site without WebWarper. To do this, you need to type the site address completely, with "http://" prefix.

Usually, if you want to visit, for example, the Google site, you just type "google.com" or "www.google.com" in the browser address line. When autocorrection is enabled, entering such address will cause to viewing the site through WebWarper (in a case of Microsoft Internet Explorer). To open the site without WebWarper, you need to type "http://google.com" or "http://www.google.com".

You will find more details at the "Free Downloads" page.

Of course, you always may disable autocorrection — see the question "How to remove WebWarper from my computer?"
